Pathyn allows users to create printable treasure maps and share them using generated links.
You agree not to:
Anyone who has a shared map link may be able to view that map. Please only share links with people you trust.
Pathyn may remove shared maps that violate these Terms of Use or are considered abusive or unlawful.
Shared map links are generated using randomly created identifiers. While these links are difficult to guess, anyone who has the link can access the shared map.
Pathyn, including its software, artwork, icons, graphics and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the maps that you create using Pathyn. By creating a shared map, you grant Pathyn permission to store and serve that map solely for the purpose of providing the sharing feature.
Premium downloads are processed securely by Stripe.
Prices are shown during checkout and may be displayed in your local currency.
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the premium map has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
While every effort is made to keep Pathyn available, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated, modified or removed without notice.
Pathyn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Pathyn after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
